最近有兩個offer拿到手的... 公司名稱 1.群創 2.明基材 地點 竹南廠 南科廠 職務 蝕刻製程 製程 工時輪班 ~12 4休2 固定12+交接0.5 假日小夜 需輪大小夜 固定月休10天 薪水 N N+2+(輪班津貼 日:2K 夜:8K) 14個月+?? 14個月+績效+分紅?? 福利 差不多!? 交通 租屋/機車 產業 面板 偏光片 其他: 1. 群創年薪似乎很固定的630K 明基材月薪多群創4K 年薪應可破700K 地點不用列入考量 2. 希望找個有"前途"讓將來變有"錢途"的工作 兩個產業相較下哪個有前景? 3.
