特易購華潤擬聯手 拓大陸業務

（法新社倫敦9日電） 英國最大零售商特易購（Tesco）連瑣超市今天說，他們正與中國大陸華潤創業有限公司（China Resources Enterprise）進行獨家協商，以合併雙方在大陸的業務。

特易購發表聲明說：「有鑑於媒體最近的揣測，特易購與華潤今天宣布，雙方已簽署備忘錄，並進行獨家協商，以合併彼此在大陸的零售業務，期能組成大陸數一數二的多角化零售企業。」

特易購說，擬議中的這個合資企業將達到大約100億英鎊（155億美元，116億歐元）的銷售規模；未來實質獲利分配，華潤將占80%，特易購20%。

這起交易是由華潤將旗下華潤萬家的業務與特易購中國的131家店舖與購物商場合併，華潤萬家目前在大陸與香港共有2986家商店，。

特易購說：「這起交易還有待進一步努力，並就最後條件達成協議，因此不一定成功。」（譯者：中央社何世煌）
