洪案移審　洪姊：補新事證重啟調查

【林海全╱台中報導】軍審法今天生效，洪仲丘案件移到桃園地院審理，洪仲丘姊姊洪慈庸今天下午表示，之前軍檢的起訴書內容，日期只有做到七月四日，內容不夠完整，因此，希望案件移審後，能夠重啟調查，用補強的方式，把後來發現的新事證，用片段加入的方式，重新再調查。
 
洪慈庸表示，542旅、269旅之間，是否有特別聯繫，都要特別補強，「之前內容不完整，有缺的事證都要補，否則，接手的法官要做審判也很困難。」
