8名軍事犯移監至高雄二監

今天下午4點左右，從台南軍事監獄移監到法務部矯正署高雄第二監獄的軍事犯有8人，二監副典獄長鐘仁貴表示，8名軍事犯目前還在辦理新收手續，由台南軍事監獄的藍色囚服轉換為法務部的囚服，「相信他們換了囚服後，心情也能馬上轉變」。

鐘仁貴說，8名軍事犯中，涉案層級最高的是何姓上校，他們今天下午移監後，晚餐的菜色與一般囚犯一樣，有3菜1湯，「沒有特別加菜，均一視同仁」；至於囚房分配，將採軍事犯與一般囚犯混合收容的方式，2至3個人住1間房，每房0.98坪。
