郭姓涉貪軍官移雄院 檢聲押獲准

軍審法修正案今天生效，南部軍事法庭羈押的郭姓中校今天隨案移轉到高雄地院，審判長陳志銘今天下午召開接押庭後，認為他仍有串證和逃亡之虞，裁定續押。今天送到高雄高分院的8名在押被告和送到地院的1名在押被告共9人全都羈押。

郭姓中校涉貪汙案被羈押，今天上午被送到高雄地院拘留室，他表示自己從去年11月被羈押至今，軍法官每次羈押的理由都相同，找到證人後也不傳訊，做法消極，判移轉到地院後能獲交保。蒞庭檢察官認為郭姓中校身為海巡人員，知悉許多走私管道和偷渡方式，有逃亡之虞，向院方聲押。
