出庭自稱「我有精神分裂…」蔡京京弒母 拚免死

〔自由時報記者侯柏青／台北報導〕弒母案主嫌蔡京京與其男友曾智忠，為求免死持續搞怪，在押的2嫌因另涉詐欺案，昨在台北地院以視訊方式應訊，蔡女一再強調「我有精神分裂，會幻聽…我沒看到曾智忠，我要保持緘默」；曾嫌則說自己「有很多病」，還笑稱「我的案子（殺人案）比較忙」，無暇處理找律師的事，要法官2個月後再開庭。

2嫌去年涉嫌聯手把蔡母陳誼殺害後棄屍，2人越來越離譜，曾男否認殺人，還說蔡女被下降頭而精神異常；蔡女則一再強調自己是病人，動不動就說要休息。

昨天北院開庭審理2人涉及的詐騙化妝師案，蔡女發現曾男沒有一起視訊，表示要保持緘默，法官氣得罵她「本來就是要隔離訊問啊！」

蔡女聞言開始裝可憐說「我有吃精神分裂症的藥，常常出現幻聽、幻覺」，法官問她同不同意起訴書的證據資料，她「嗯、啊」了半天後表示不同意，法官詫異說「連你自己講的話都不同意喔！」

曾嫌更扯，透過視訊告訴法官「我不知道今天要開庭耶！我的律師沒有到場我不應訊」，接著笑說「我的案子（殺人案）比較忙啦」；法官斥他「詐欺案4個月前就說要請律師，怎麼還沒請？」檢察官也無奈說「他就是想要拖延訴訟」。

目前在押的曾男，明明很閒，竟笑答「我的案子真的很忙」，曾男說自己有高血壓、坐骨神經痛，精神狀況和記憶力都不好。
