台電核3廠亮核安白燈 6人懲處

台電核三廠4月8日進行2號機啟動變壓器例行性停用檢修時，161kV（千伏特）備用電源啟動系統的復歸按鈕沒有切回，廠方7月1日才查覺有異狀，當天恢復自動切換功能並通報原能會，原能會6日將核3廠核安管制燈號從綠燈轉為白燈。廠長林則棟自請處分，送懲處名單另有1名副廠長、3名經理和1名值班主任。
