王金平律師：為避耗司法資源 撤行政訴訟

王金平委任律師許英傑，中午到台北高等行政法院遞狀撤回行政訴訟的假處分。

許英傑說，王金平今早已派人將台北地方法院昨天裁准的假處分執行命令送達中選會、國民黨、立法院，相信這些機關不會做出違反法令的動作。

他說，既然黨藉已存在，王金平的立委與院長職務自然存在。為避免耗費司法資源，因此向台北高等行政法院撤回假處分聲請。

許英傑指出，就算下周國民黨向高等法院抗告成功，也不會停止假處分執行（指王金平仍暫時保有黨籍約十天），後續還有救濟管道，我們只能就最新狀況做最佳因應，我們有我們的節奏。
