母攜子四處偷竊　小4兒控「媽媽偷東西」

【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市1名有多次竊盜前科的詹姓婦人，多次到學校、公園、里長，甚至還到就讀小學4年級兒子的同學家行竊，離譜的是詹婦還帶著兒子行竊。

日前詹婦到醫院看病時，因偷他人手機遭警方逮捕。詹婦矢口否認行竊，警方靈機一動詢問詹婦兒子，不料詹婦兒子卻向警方表示，媽媽偷過很多東西，他知道這是不對行為，當天他確實看到媽媽從他人包包內偷走1樣東西，回家後還叫他不要告訴別人，他沒有誣賴媽媽。

詹女見狀還辯稱，兒子多次看到她偷東西，「可能是搞混了！」全案審結，法官認為詹女不思悔改，又給兒子不良身教，依竊盜罪嫌判處徒刑1年5月。
