東亞運棒球賽7日日本隊4比0小勝中國大陸隊，取得2連勝的戰績。

7日另兩戰，韓國勝關島13比0，中華勝香港25比0；目前各隊戰績是中華與日本都是2連勝，韓國1勝，中國大陸1勝1敗，蒙古1敗，香港與關島都是2連敗。

8日賽程是第一場地上午9時關島對香港，下午1時中華對日本，第二場地蒙古對韓國。
