警犬只咬黑人和拉美人　遭批種族歧視

【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】根據洛杉磯警局公布的警犬報告顯示，2013年至今警犬攻擊的目標，全是黑人和拉丁美洲人，而且警犬大都是部署在貧困的少數民族居住的地區，洛杉磯警察也被發現挑黑人和拉丁美洲人臨檢的比例明顯較高，引發執法不公，有種族歧視之嫌。
 
根據警察評估資源中心的報告指出，2004年到2012年間，拉丁美洲嫌犯遭洛杉磯警犬攻擊的人數增加30%，非裔美國人則是增加33%，在80年代部分洛杉磯警察更傳出將黑人稱為「小狗的點心。」

民間督導單位PARC就呼籲洛杉磯全警局，交出警犬執勤紀錄，說明攻擊少數民族的比例，不然就應該廢除使用警犬。
