江揆重申 軍公教酒駕最嚴厲處分

【王家俊／台北報導】行政院長江宜樺下午主持政院治安會報，聽取內政部簡報「當前治安情勢及分析」等，他重申所有軍公教人員應以身作則，不得有酒駕行為，違者將處以最嚴厲處分。根據公務人員考績法，最嚴厲處分即指記兩大過免職。
 
江宜樺提醒，取締酒駕執勤應避免濫用職權，精準判斷，避免侵犯人權疑慮。他說，今年1月至5月酒駕死亡人數，較去年同期減少51人（-28.98％），但重大酒駕傷亡案件時有發生，尤其有公務人員酒駕肇事，不能容忍，各級主管應督導所屬同仁，確實遵守相關規定。
