4G分級付費 NCC樂觀其成

NCC主委石世豪昨（26）日表示，各國盡力釋出電信頻寬，以滿足上網頻譜需求，不過，值得正視的是，各國積極推展吃到飽上網資費、卻可能演變成大家都吃不飽的窘境，其結果，就是網路嚴重塞車。

NCC年底釋出4G執照，由於4G服務以提供大量影音及數據傳輸服務為主，需求頻寬相較3G來得多很多，未來4G資費如何定價？市場高度關注。

石世豪認為，4G時代來臨時、上網吃到飽不是不行，但是，4G數據成長速度未來會呈等比級數大幅增長，網路建設速度恐怕趕不上頻寬釋出速度。屆時，不大可能無限量使用頻寬，再者，電信業者如果沒有穩定收入就無法投入新的網路建設，言下之意，未來4G提供分級付費、NCC樂觀其成。
