【路暢平/南投報導】南投縣長李朝卿貪污案，南投地方法院今天開庭審理收取包商「水果箱現金946萬元」回扣部份，上午安排蕭姓廠商以證人身分出庭，蕭對送交回扣的部分細節表示記不清楚，但明確指出是以水果箱送出。李朝卿則從頭到尾均否認收回扣，表示這些都是編造出來的，自己完全沒收錢。

蕭姓廠商以「工程文化」回應，他指出，限制性招標工程，業界間都傳說要1成回扣。

李朝卿於庭上反指蕭的指控「都是編出來的」。李朝卿強調，沒有收取回扣的事，通常他一上車司機就開車，「哪會再等他送水果箱，我沒有收到這個賄款。」

南投地檢署起訴書中指出，神木村聯外道路災修復建工程採限制性招標，蕭姓業者找兩家廠商陪標，由同美營造以9460萬元標得，並由蕭某與同美營造合夥施作，合約書簽定後1個月內某日，蕭把1成回扣共946萬元放入水果箱，於李朝卿到水里李姓友人住處探訪時，放在李朝卿座車後座，李收受後即離開。
