怪步回馬颱 恐挾暴雨襲台

回馬颱潭美路徑怪異，以緩慢速度吸水準備襲台！氣象局表示，潭美會以很接近台灣北部陸地的路徑通過，也不排除登陸的可能，全台都要嚴防豪雨。

氣象局預報中心課長黃椿喜說，不排除在20日上午發布海上颱風警報；未來一兩天，會發現它在轉過大低壓東邊的時候，會逐漸朝向比較偏北。甚至之後會受到低壓槽還有整個太平洋高壓的導引影響，開始轉向比較偏西的方向移動。

後方太平洋高壓勢力的牽引，將可能影響潭美轉向角度的大小，但無論是穿心颱或是西北颱，不論是否會登陸，都將對台灣帶來豐沛雨量。

黃椿喜說，靠近台灣的時候，在東邊和北邊的這一些區域，會開始有一些明顯降雨，之後在西南部，也要注意它移進來的影響。

也就是說，潭美將引進西南氣流，屆時中南部的雨勢恐會相當驚人。潭美影響最劇的時候，將是周三，由於適逢大潮，北部、東北部可能海水倒灌，低漥地區則必須慎防淹水。
