現在，學校皆已進行零體罰政策，卻還有補習班還在進行體罰？日前天下雜誌出版DVD《想飛的十五歲 (上)：沒有基測的第一個夏天》，影片中有補習班老師進行體罰之影像，教育局表示，在12月9日受理本案後，於同月12日下午派員現場稽查，確認台北市某補習班確實有體罰情事。

該班表示體罰措施係經家長同意，但已明顯違反教育局零體罰政策，侵害學生身體自主權及人格發展權。因此，台北市教育局除依「台北市短期補習班管理規則」第48條，糾正並限期整頓改善處分，須提報人員懲處結果及改善計畫，以後若經查獲同一違規事項，情節嚴重者，將處以撤銷立案處分，另將依「兒童及少年福利與權益保障法」第97條規定，處以該班6萬元至30萬元罰鍰。

實際上，類似事件早在之前，市議員即提出家長所給的字條，指證有補習班會對學生進行體罰。當時，教育局僅稱，稽查僅針對招生與公共安全，因此被批太被動。現在教育局出擊，是否能徹底掃除體罰現象？值得關心。
