公司 A B 職位 鋼鐵工業( MIS) 製程/設備工程師 薪資 試用日薪1850 >48k 合格月薪35700 勝任月薪37700 工作內容 MIS內容少少(正在導ERP) PHOTO(跟前一份工作一樣) 有時兼任生管 就是電子業那樣 有時間任倉管 有時幫經理改word格式 有時幫忙出貨包裝 有時候點庫存 福利 不好 同包子跟戀人 保障年薪 視情況 基本12 14 工時 8hrs(08~17) 責任 但是都只有我最早走 約19:00~19:30走 因為還在裝菜 交通 機車(離家超近10min) 住宿/開車通勤約53公里 A公司離家近，有時星期六要上班，但每天都可以看到女兒，發展性可能也不高 公司內部人事異動平凡(降等/平移居多)，老鳥走了不少。目前已經任職一週。 B公司就電子業那樣，薪水多了一點，不過要輪班跟值班。缺點就是離家遠一點 現在陷入兩難了。猶豫不決。有家室的鄉民們，你們會怎麼選呢? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.232.217.76
