黑龍江將有暴雪 氣象單位預警

大陸氣象單位預報說，大陸的「黑龍江省」將會有一波暴雪天氣。黑龍江省省會「哈爾濱市」，將提前實施交通管制措施。

而大陸媒體則報導說，黑龍江省從星期六開始，就籠罩在霧霾天氣中，霧霾仍未消散，又即將要有暴雪天氣來襲。

大陸氣象單位預估，包括鶴崗、佳木斯、雙鴨山等地，將會有暴雪，新增積雪的深度，將會有二十到三十公分。
