伊朗達成核協議 沙國憂心忡忡

在伊朗和列強就爭議性的核子計畫達成突破性協議之後，沙烏地阿拉伯外交政策顧問，諮議會(Shura Council)主席阿斯卡(Abdullah al-Askar)今天(24日)表示，中東地區的人們要開始失眠了。這顯示波斯灣地區以遜尼派穆斯林為主的國家領袖，尤其是沙烏地阿拉伯，對西方國家與他們的什葉派宿敵伊朗和解，都深感不安。

在沙國政府還沒有作出正式出回應之前，阿斯卡率先發表以上的評論。

利雅德當局經常呼籲華府，要對伊朗維持強硬路線。

阿斯卡表示，他很擔心，伊朗在放棄部分核子計畫的同時，一定會從西方取得區域政治上的其他利益。他擔心的是，伊朗將在中東地區擁有更多空間，或者更能自由的揮灑。

美國前駐沙國大使喬登(Robert Jordan)就指出，與其說沙國擔心伊朗取得核子武器，不如說，沙國更擔心伊朗在這個地區獲得越來越大的影響力。因此，這次核子協議固然令沙國減少對伊朗取得核子武器的不安，卻無法克服沙國在地緣政治上越來越深的憂慮。
