金正恩爺爺金日成曾擔憂開放會失權

美國外交安全智庫──「伍德柔威爾遜中心」的研究員詹姆斯鮑爾遜，今天向應邀訪問華府的南韓記者表示，北韓領導人金正恩的爺爺、前國家主席金日成曾說過，如果北韓走上開放，也許會失去主權。

負責研究北韓國際檔的研究員詹姆斯鮑爾遜說，北韓故意沒有加入一九四九年成立的東歐經濟互相援助會議。這是因為北韓擔憂，如果進行開放有可能失去主權，且來自蘇聯和中國的干涉加大，北韓會受到一定的限制。

金日成在會見時任南韓總統朴正熙領導的政府的中央情報部部長李厚洛時，透露過這種憂慮，北韓希望獲得完整的主權。

至於有關北韓領導人金正恩政權，推動「核武研發和經濟建設並行路線」，這位研究員表示，金日成也曾試圖走這條路線，但沒有取得任何成果。金正恩堅持這條路線，但研發核武器需消耗巨額費用，因此，這並不是簡單的事。
