組團出席曼德拉追悼會　沒邦交難度高

南非前總統、民權鬥士曼德拉過世，全球不少政要、領袖將組團赴南非悼念致意，我外交部正和南非方面進行接洽，希望也能比照辦理，不過由於雙方並無邦交，屆時要出席的可能性很低；目前我國希望透過我駐南非代表處也在找尋替代方案。

曼德拉於5日病逝，南非官方表示，包括美、英、法領袖在內，全球已經有60個國家的領導人宣佈要親自出席南非前總統曼德拉的追悼會或葬禮。其中還包含三任美國總統，大陸方面也將由國家副主席李源潮代為出席。

外交部官員上午表示，曼德拉過世後，我國第一時間就委請駐南非代表處轉達馬總統唁電，目前也和南非進行交涉，是否能派人參加追悼會或葬禮。

但外交官員坦言，相關活動都需要邀請函，我國並沒有收到，加上雙邊也沒有邦交，因此難度頗高。目前外交部也在尋求替代方案，希望能由駐南非代表處代表出席，或是轉交我國的電報等方式。
