標題[請問] 如果我想要弄一個網路公共基金

各位大大不好意思， 這裡想請問各位大大一個問題。 我很想要了解， 能不能以私人(或公司)的名義建一個， 明細全部公開的公共基金庫？ 基金的目的是為了， 支援網站公共事務的目的業務運行， (比如說這是一個社群網站，會有辦官方主題網聚的活動) 只要完成一定驗證的會員可以有權限管理這筆基金。 然而這筆基金的收入來源， 可以是網站的營收項目或者是靠他人捐獻？ 我知道有財團法人，但門檻頗高。 所以如果不走財團法人，能有其他的管道或形式嗎？ 還有這種東西一定要申請嗎？ 如果不申請會有什麼問題嗎？ 我知道捐錢給內政部認定的非營利組織可以抵稅？ 那可以純粹捐給私人機構嗎？會有違法的問題嗎？ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 27.105.9.232
