黃丁風連任基隆市救協理事長

全國第一個獲內政部認證的災害防救團體～基隆市救難協會，日前舉行第六屆第一次會員大會暨成立十七周年慶，改選理監事，原任理事長黃丁風任內成果豐碩，獲得全體會員支持，連任第六屆理事長，常務監事兼大隊長同樣由周黃秀梅連任。隨後進行新任理事長及理監事就職晚會，會中市府秘書焦鐵鎖代表張通榮市長將當選證書頒給連任的黃丁風理事長。

基隆市救難協會第六屆理監事名單如下：理事長黃丁風；常務理事江宏志、吳文光；理事林鴻照、楊勝謹、呂敏精、林呈、楊美姜、陳津美、陳王雙雲、劉治佑、黃金緣及林高智等十五人。常務監事兼大隊長周黃秀梅；監事黃素嫻、卓大朋、黃秋桂及黃德郎等五人。
