非親生？　宣明智告女兒逼李珍妮提證

對於大老闆的難言之隱，宣明智的律師實在是無可奉告，聯電榮譽副董事長宣明智，去年年中爆出私生女風波，但出現大逆轉，委託律師提出確認親子關係不存在訴訟，要證明婚外情對象李珍妮生下的女兒並非他所親生。

宣明智律師，甚至把原本認養的女兒列為被告，一旦透過法律途徑，確認雙方沒有血緣關係，宣明智就可以塗銷認領登記，徹底和李珍妮母女倆切割，法界人士研判宣明智提起訴訟應該是已做了民間機構的DNA鑑定，這和去年出面坦承外遇的說法，實在很難連結在一起。

聯電榮譽副董宣明智(2012.07.01)：「我的孩子我認了，當我認的時候，『戶籍資料』就有了，我希望我做的事我負責，我能夠在他們需要的時候出現支持他們，也是我父親該做的事情。」

當時宣明智打破沉默認了外遇，一開口就搬出愛妻宣言，對於李珍妮生下的女兒被動認了，但後來李珍妮傳出跟衣架大王談戀愛生小孩，接著宣明智大動作提出告訴，不認女兒，對此李珍妮沒出庭，拒絕對外說明。

女兒到底是誰的？李珍妮始終隱晦不願意對外親口證實，當時只傳出DNA鑑定父親是宣明智，但也一度傳出開發金控前執行副總吳春台也曾出面爭女，只是現在2個男人似乎都不肯認帳，宣明智還提出訴訟，撇清血緣，才8歲的小女童無端捲入大人的複雜世界。
