前金：磨姓命理師與賴姓女友交往時，為準備結婚出資157萬元購屋登記賴女名下，又借款498萬元給賴女，未料婚事生變，磨男提告請求還錢，二審判決大逆轉，認定磨男購屋及給款為附解除條件贈與，判賴女返還655萬元，全案仍可上訴。
