蘋果日報-美政府關門市場動盪 美股基金撿便宜
美國國會未達成預算協議，導致部分政府部門被迫關門，不確定因素恐讓美股陷入震盪，但根據JP Morgan統計，最近6次美國聯邦政府關門事件中，關門期間美股平均跌幅僅0.52%，在關門後1、2、3個月分別上漲1.1%、3.4%、6.1%，尤其今年正處景氣回溫，且QE尚未縮減，美股短線下挫後仍有機會反彈，提供投資人逢低布局時點。
