新社花海天氣好賞花人潮多

「新社花海暨台中國際花毯節」以立體童話故事為主題，果然吸睛，在十號星期天創下單日20萬8千多人次的新紀錄，光是車輛就湧進九千輛，警方強力疏導，免費接駁車也載滿就開，而根據東勢分局交通分隊統計，平常日也有四到五萬人次、四千到五千輛車次湧進新社，由於今年賞花好天氣，人潮明顯比去年更加踴躍。（張文祿報導）

新社花海暨台中國際花毯節，在十號開幕第二天，遊客達到單日20萬8千多人次，同時搭乘免費接駁車的民眾也創下歷年單日最高紀錄，高達2萬5千多人次。加上天氣好，新社賞花連平常日也有四到五萬人次、四千到五千輛車次湧進新社，人潮比去年多，不過，警方強力交通疏導，秩序還算好。

由於天氣好，三個大型停車場都能消化大部分車輛，比起去年下雨，停車場無法使用，情形好太多。

台中市交通局也規劃豐原火車站、太原停車場、東勢河濱公園等三條免費接駁路線，提供民眾搭乘，交通局估算，以十號當天搭乘接駁車人數換算，大約減少四千多輛小轎車進入新社，希望民眾多多利用接駁車。
