敘利亞戰事嚴重影響黎巴嫩 潘基文憂心

聯合國秘書長潘基文(Ban Ki-moon)13日警告，敘利亞內戰已經嚴重影響到鄰國黎巴嫩。潘基文表示，邊境暴力事件增加，對黎巴嫩的穩定和安全構成越來越嚴重的威脅。

潘基文在提交聯合國安理會的報告中指出，長達2年半的內戰，已經造成至少80萬名敘利亞難民湧入黎巴嫩，對黎巴嫩的財政和社會構成龐大壓力。

潘基文也譴責敘利亞戰火波及黎巴嫩，呼籲所有各方尊重邊境安全。

潘基文同時引用黎巴嫩軍方的報告，指出敘利亞和黎巴嫩邊界的軍火走私問題越來越嚴重。

潘基文也再次呼籲，黎巴嫩真主黨(Hezbollah)好戰份子停止參與敘利亞的戰事。黎巴嫩真主黨支持敘利亞總統巴夏爾(Bashar Assad)。

另外，潘基文也呼籲國際社會加強對在黎巴嫩境內難民的援助。聯合國計劃在2013年募集16億美元，但截至目前，只達到44%的目標。
