關於再次被資遣

我今年初被公司資遣，曾經領過一個月的失業補助後即找到工作。但不幸的是，工作兩個月後因公司政策縮編再次被資遣，我有兩個問題想請教各方專業人士：

(1) 公司有做資遣通報與資遣費，但沒有給予紙本的非自願離職證明，不知這樣能否去就服站申請失業補助？

(2) 倘若沒有去就服站報到，或是在失業認定之前已找到新工作，這樣是否還能夠申請提前就業獎助？
