5月北美半導體B/B值持平1.08 今年前景樂觀

國際半導體設備材料產業協會 (SEMI) 周四 (20日) 公開最新數據，5 月北美半導體設備商訂單出貨值 (B/B Ratio) 保持為 1.08 不變，3 個月全球平均訂單金額則達 13.2 億美元。

國際半導體設備材料產業協會 (SEMI) 周四 (20日) 公開最新數據，5 月北美半導體設備商訂單出貨值 (B/B Ratio) 保持為 1.08 不變，3 個月全球平均訂單金額則達 13.2 億美元。

B/B 值達 1.08 代表著，半導體設備業者當月出貨 100 美元，而接獲 108 美元的訂單。

當月全球平均訂單額 13.2 億美元，比 4 月的 11.7 億美元高了 12.5％，然而和去 (2012) 年同期 16.1 億美元相比，卻是少去 18.1％。

5 月的 3 個月期全球平均設備出貨金額，則為 12.2 億美元，和 4 月 10.9 億美元相比月增 12.6％，同時亦比去年同期 15.4 億美元低了 20.5％。

SEMI 產業策略研究資深處長 Daniel P. Tracy 指出：「SEMI B/B 值持續出現改善，已連續第 5 個月保持在 1 以上。今 (2013) 年的支出前景樂觀，因代工廠持續投資先進技術，且 NAND 快閃記憶體製造商計畫增加投入設備成本。」

SEMI B/B 值係以北美半導體設備製造商過去 3 個月平均訂單金額，除以同期平均設備出貨金額，從而得出的比值，數據以百萬美元為單位。
