證所稅協商未果 緩課露曙光?

立法院今天朝野協商證所稅未果，協商近兩個小時，各方相持不下，財政部堅持稅制公平精神，不願拿掉IPO，民進黨和台聯建議緩課IPO，最後立法院長王金平裁示，要求財政部再針對緩課或放寬張數，予以精算，擇期再議。據了解，目前傳出藍營有人主張IPO可先緩課3年，但此方向仍需經國民黨黨團大會通過。

台聯立法院黨團總召許忠信說，在野黨們反對向IPO、興櫃市場課稅，意見都很一致，現在是國民黨立委們爭執不下，在野黨可接受在IPO暫緩實施的狀況下，讓證所稅修法快點通過。
