2013-08-15 01:30 中國時報 【洪璧珍／彰化報導】 員林鎮184甲重劃工程進入尾聲，30米環鎮大道將於下個月7日正式通車；不過配合鐵路高 架工程施工，南段溝皂段將到明年10月才能通車；為了提高民眾參與感，環鎮大道將於同 1天上網公開徵求命名。 　30米環鎮大道配合台1線莒光陸橋拆除，中山路至靜修路段已於去年先行通車，下 個月9日，除溝皂段，其餘路段全面通車。 　員林鎮長張錦昆指出，暫時不開放的路段從台1線中山路至員集路段，要等到明年 10月鐵路高架工程完工，火車走上高架，地面鐵軌拆除後才能通車。 　30米環鎮大道完工多時，目前正進行通車前最後的驗收與交通號誌檢驗；民眾對此 非常期待，不過有人質疑，人行道上種了許多金桔，到時候若有民眾採摘，會不會被公所 告竊盜？ 　張錦昆說，的確有不少人向他反應這件事。他說，如果民眾散步路過，或是就在自 家門口，採幾顆回家泡茶，公所不會那樣跟民眾計較啦；除非有人很惡劣，拿著袋子一路 採光光，這樣就要追究了。 　還有，最近驗收時也發現有民眾在人行道上種菜，張錦昆說，這是竊占，是絕對不 可以的，提醒民眾要注意。 http://news.chinatimes.com/domestic/11050610/112013081500226.html -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.246.39.151
