中國如何掌握農民工動向？靠「榨菜」

英國「泰晤士報」報導說，中國領導層最近靠著一種很普通但是也很特別的民生物品，來掌握農民工的動向，這個東西就是「榨菜」。

報導說，中國「國家發改委」最近發明了一個新詞，叫「榨菜指數」；他們靠著榨菜的銷量，希望瞭解全中國兩億六千萬農民工的所在與動向。

根據中國國家發改委的邏輯，鄉下民工進城後，生活可能會發生翻天覆地的變化，但是從小對「榨菜」的情有獨鍾，卻不會改變。因此，如果在某個城市當中，榨菜銷量飆升的話，那麼那個城市，就有可能成為「農民工」的落腳紮根之地。

報導說，中共總書記習近平上台之後，希望能夠進行「戶籍改革」，然而在大陸，「戶籍改革」是極為艱巨的工程，在農民工聚集的地區，負擔將更大；因此靠「榨菜指數」以掌握農民工動向的重要性，也在於此。
