11日開始東部地區就有些雨勢，宜蘭山區及花蓮北側也有明顯的雨勢，東北風影響持續，北部東半部高溫約27-28度，東半部地區持續都有降雨的機會，更是要嚴防豪雨甚至大豪雨，在山區易有落石坍方，提醒民眾若要到東部旅遊要留意天氣狀況隨時了解路況資訊。

百合颱風目前已通過菲律賓呂宋島持續往西前進，雖然沒有直接對台灣造成影響，但其外圍水氣和環流也間接加強東半部的雨勢，而西太平洋上另一個輕颱薇帕，目前朝西北方向前進，預估未來會北轉往日本方向前進，下周三左右接近日本海面。北部濕涼的天氣，可望逐漸好轉，下一波冷空氣預估在15日下半天影響台灣，屆時北部、東北部迎風面又會轉為陰雨綿綿的天氣，低溫會降到20度左右。
