歐巴馬接受短暫調高舉債上限

美國總統歐巴馬同意共和黨所提無條件、不過是短暫性的調高政府舉債上限的議案，美股延續昨天的走勢，連續第二天收紅。

歐巴馬與共和黨國會領袖，歷經一連串談判後，終於就解決倒債危機，達成共識，原本堅持調高舉債上限與政府預算，必須合併處理的歐巴馬讓步，白宮發言人卡尼說，只要共和黨不在議案上附加任何條件，歐巴馬會接受，至於，逼使聯邦政府局部關門的新年度預算爭議，仍然沒有化解的跡象。

共和黨堅持要藉著新年度預算審議權，封殺歐巴馬健保法的財源，白宮宣稱，歐巴馬對任何不同意見，都持開放態度，不過他不願意在被要脅的狀況下談判，共和黨必須先讓政府恢復正常運作，雙方才能展開真正的溝通。
