法務部監聽事件調查報告今天公布，調查小組認定特偵組雖有監聽失誤疏失，但非故意監聽國會，將檢察總長黃世銘等三人送評鑑。

法務部下午舉行「公布監聽事件調查報告及行政究責處理」記者會，政務次長陳明堂表示，調查小組認定特偵組雖有監聽失誤的疏失，但非故意監聽國會，建議對黃世銘、特偵組組長楊榮宗、承辦檢察官鄭深元三人追究行政責任。

陳明堂表示，由於民間司改會將黃世銘等人是否涉及濫權監聽等案，早已請求檢察官評鑑委員評鑑。因此法務部將黃世銘等三人涉及誤為監聽立法院總機部分，送檢評會併案處理。

【中央社台北十一日電】法務部監聽事件調查報告認定，特偵組聲請監聽「○九七二」過程合法，且沒錄得任何通話內容，認定監聽失誤，非故意監聽國會。
