日內瓦會談結束第2天談判 伊朗：無進展

世界強權21日在日內瓦和伊朗進行第二天的核子會談。伊朗表示，在邁向達成一項期待已久的突破性協議方面「並沒有進展」。不過雙方都強調，日內瓦會議是詳盡、嚴肅且具有建設性的會談。

有關美國國務卿凱瑞(John Kerry)和其他高層外交官員，將在2週內第二度趕赴日內瓦加入會談的傳聞甚囂塵上，但並未獲得證實。

而美國參議院多數黨領袖瑞德(Harry Reid)在華府揚言，一旦未能達成協議，美國國會將採取行動，在12月對伊朗實施新制裁，更是對日內瓦會談的進一步施壓。

伊朗和「五常加一」(聯合國5個常任理事國美國、中國大陸、英國、法國、俄羅斯加德國)，20日在日內瓦再次舉行核子會談。外交界期望，這次會談能使伊朗停止關於武器部份的核子計畫，以換取西方國家放寬制裁。

根據伊朗梅爾通訊社(Mehr)報導，伊朗代表團團長阿拉格齊(Abbas Araqchi)在結束和伊朗外交部長查瑞夫(Mohammad Javad Zarif)、以及「五常加一」首席談判代表--歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表艾希頓(Catherine Ashton)共達4個半小時的會談後說，在縮小雙邊歧見上，會談「沒有進展」。

阿拉格齊並未對此作進一步說明，不過一名歐洲消息人士則給予較為樂觀的評估，表示會談正在取得進展，協議草案的歧見內容已經減少了，但「顯然地，剩下的議題才是最困難的所在…22日的談論將是重要的。」
