ANZTEC下月生效 櫻桃、蘋果進口免關稅

臺灣和紐西蘭在今年7月10日簽署「臺澎金馬個別關稅領域與紐西蘭經濟合作協定(ANZTEC)」，簡稱臺紐經濟合作協定，雙方已完成相關立法程序、進行換函並同意協定將於12月1日生效。

經濟部指出，臺紐ANZTEC生效後，雙方民眾可立即享有協定提供的貨品貿易、服務業、投資、政府採購的市場開放待遇，像是紐西蘭櫻桃、部分水果以及冷凍蔬菜、豬肉等列為立即免稅項目，自12月起就享有進口零關稅的優惠。奇異果則是列在3年後免稅清單內。

根據經濟部研究結果顯示，臺紐ANZTEC可擴大雙方出口市場，增加消費者福利。在臺紐ANZTEC生效並執行12年期滿後，將使台灣GDP增加3.03億美元，產業總產值增加新臺幣356.26億元，總就業人數增加6,255人次，對台灣整體經濟發展具有正面效益。
