15年來只收現金 全聯明年起可刷卡付費

連鎖超市全聯福利中心15年來都只接受現金付費，終於要施行刷卡服務。全聯今天(21日)宣布與中國信託合作，自2014年1月1日起，全省6百多家門市開放中信卡刷卡服務。全聯董事長林敏雄在啟動儀式時特別向消費者致歉，也希望這項舉動，能為消費者帶來遲來的好消息。

全聯福利中心以物美價廉為主打，15年來快速展店，目前全台有678家門市、7百多萬名福利卡會員；但全聯在考量節省成本以回饋消費者情況下，一直沒有推行刷卡服務。

全聯與中國信託銀行21日共同舉行記者會對外宣布，自2014年1月1日起，全省全聯門市開通中信卡(簽帳金融卡及美國運通卡除外)刷卡服務，消費者可直接使用手中的中信卡，不需額外申辦聯名卡，並可搭配各式優惠及抽獎服務。

全聯董事長林敏雄表示，過去全聯為節省成本回饋消費者，包括他自己消費，都只能用現金，多少有些不便，現在推出刷卡服務，總算是遲來的好消息。他說：『(原音)對所有的消費者感到非常抱歉，因為在這之前，你們來全聯買東西，包括我在內，都是用現金。也碰到我們的10A總裁(央行總裁彭淮南)也在抗議說，你們流通的零錢實在太多太多了，每個月換(新台幣)1千多萬的零錢，他們也受不了。』

中信銀董事長童兆勤表示，他認同全聯以價格嘉惠消費者做法，中信秉持著慈善事業精神的延伸，促成兩方合作。
