敘利亞首都區 雙邊達成停火協議

經過近1年的內戰交火，敘利亞首都大馬士革北部巴澤區(Barzeh)的反抗軍透過聲明表示，已和敘國總統阿薩德(Bashar al-Assad)達成一項地方性停火協議，阿薩德軍隊將撤出巴澤區，逃離巴澤區的居民將有望在2週內重返家園。

據法新社報導，一項由敘利亞反對派地方議會所刊登的聲明指出，阿薩德政權和反抗軍敘利亞自由軍(Free Syrian Army)，經過巴澤區調停者近日居中密集談判後，已經達成雙邊停火的協議。

自反對派占領巴澤區後，巴澤區持續遭到封鎖，但該聲明指出，雙方同意「阿薩德軍隊將撤出整個巴澤區(Barzeh)」，並為反抗軍開放此區作準備。

地方活動人士艾瑪(Abu Ammar)向法新社表示，儘管協議內容尚未落實，但「過去3天以來，交戰密集程度已大幅降低」。

此外，第2次日內瓦會議(Geneva 2)將在22日於瑞士召開，列強及與會國家將對敘利亞內戰問題進行討論。據路透社報導，美國似乎首度認為，未受邀與會的伊朗可能在協助和平進程發揮一些作用。

美國國務卿凱瑞(John Kerry)在耶路撒冷表示，對於是否能讓伊朗發揮作用或提供場邊協助的問題，仍必須由聯合國秘書長潘基文決定，且必須視伊朗自身的意向。
