有球迷在臉書上留言，指出兄弟象轉賣球隊時，沒有給行政人員資遣費，前兄弟象球團董事長洪瑞河6日澄清「絕對沒有這回事」。

有球迷在臉書上留言「當然沒定案，因為，某小姐為了省下資遣費，強迫別人也要接收一個沒有能力的行政團隊，然後，結果就是如此...」，這段文字似乎影射兄弟象轉賣球隊時，沒有給行政人員資遣費。

洪瑞河6日表示「絕對沒有這回事」，洪瑞河強調兄弟象隊幫相關行政人員結清了年資，付了資遣費，也給了年終獎金；洪瑞河不知為何會有這種傳言，因此特別出面澄清。
