故宮南院景觀園區進度落後 嘉縣府憂心

故宮南院景觀園區進度恐延誤，無法配合南院主體工程於104年底開館時同步啟用；嘉義縣政府表示，希望南院能依93年核定的計畫進行，履行中央對嘉義縣民的承諾。

嘉義縣政府指出，景觀與BOT工程至今仍無合適廠商，南院開館營運後，可能面臨園區設備、遊客服務及商業設施闕如窘境，有鑑於南院主體工程已歷經2次延宕，景觀與BOT工程會不會跳票，嘉義縣民很憂心。

縣府細數故宮允諾事項，至今仍有部分內容尚未確定，包括典藏品名單尚未公佈，投注的資源顯有落差，規劃空間縮水，與最初籌建計畫不符，已非世界級博物館的典藏空間配置規格，種種跡象顯示，南院僅具展示設計，與原核定的設計內容不同。

縣府表示，南院成立初衷是為解決台北故宮擁擠、展品空間不足、落實文化分權理念所設立，如今又有「大故宮計畫」削弱南院的功能，增添南院降級為展覽館的疑慮。
