王建煊嗆柯建銘：監院要聽他指示嗎

由於彈劾黃世銘案未過關，民進黨總召柯建銘倡議大幅刪減監察院預算。對此，監察院長王建煊10日動了肝火。

王建煊回嗆說，彈劾檢察總長黃世銘案沒過關，就要刪砍監察院預算，那豈不是說，監察院的彈劾案「過與不過」都要問問柯建銘？如果柯建銘說過，就過，說不過，就不過，那監察院豈不是要聽命於立委的指示嗎？

王建煊還表示，柯建銘這樣的動作與主張，是一個負責任的立法院應有的行為嗎？憲法五權分立是這樣的運作嗎？未來如果都依柯建銘的主張通過，那整個立法院就向下沈淪了。
