餐廳名稱：荷稼 消費時間：102/12 地址: 台南市中西區中山路106號 電話: 06-2269-933 營業時間: 10.00-22.00 價位: 0-50 此次食用: 仙草奶凍 ===================================== 網誌好讀版 http://leopen.pixnet.net/blog/post/171293217 獅子我讀書時在台南生活三年多 這間荷稼也算是挺常光顧的店 其實自己在台南很少喝50嵐 清心或啥的 喝飲料也都是跟著別人 自己點的話到是很常點仙草奶凍 這間位於火車站附近 鄰近FOCUS 新光三越 位於南方公園對面的荷稼 從2001年開到現在也算開了十三年了 這間店我想名氣可能比不上眾多連鎖店 也並不是賣名氣的 這間店就很傳統 也不新潮 店內感覺就很多東西很雜 我覺得這間店最特別之處一直都是他旁邊的蜜餞 我是沒吃過 不過愛吃蜜餞的應該這間店 品質不差吧 還有一個特點是 後頭的老闆娘還有老板 都會拿小杯子試喝看看有沒有味道不對 確保品質是好的 才能吸引顧客回流阿 最常點的仙草奶凍 加的是鮮奶 甜則是用蜂蜜 所以我都不會動甜度 然後裡頭的仙草帶點Q度 喝進嘴裡口感豐富阿! 總結 飲料店經歷場場食安風波 我想只有品質提升 用料安全才能吸引顧客吧 這間算是老饕級別的飲料店大家就多支持吧 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.42.91.91 ※ vul3nn:轉錄至看板 Tainan 01/12 10:33
