英國法庭裁定一名黑人男子合法被殺

英國一個法庭以8票對2票的大比數，裁定在2011年8月，觸發倫敦北部及多個城市發生英國最嚴重騷亂的黑人男子杜根，儘管他當時手上沒有武器，但被警方擊斃是合法的。

警方指29歲的杜根是黑幫成員，涉及藏械和毒品案，當時警員根據線報，攔檢他坐的計程車，並懷疑杜根有槍，當場開槍將他擊斃。

警方說，杜根把槍拋出車外。有目擊者說，杜根當時手持的是手電筒。

杜根的母親聽到判決結果後暈倒，杜根的哥哥則在庭上大罵陪審團。
