CPI2.6% PPI續跌 陸物價放緩 經濟仍弱

大陸國家統計局昨公布，2013年全年消費者物價指數（CPI）較前年漲2.6%，遠低於官方目標3.5%，有利經濟結構調整。不過，PPI持續下跌，顯示經濟仍疲弱。

根據數據，去年12月大陸生產者物價指數（PPI）較上年同期下滑1.4%，連22個月負增長，全年PPI降1.9%。分析師稱，數據顯示大陸景氣仍低迷，尚未從需求疲弱、製造業不振中走出，不過因物價壓力低，對經濟結構調整影響不大。

大陸物價去年漲勢較平緩，CPI多數月份處於「2字頭」。數據顯示，去年12月CPI較11月增長0.3%，但與前年同期相比，12月增幅2.5%，比11月3%大為回落。而全年CPI增幅為2.6%，遠低於官方目標3.5%。

中國銀行國際金融所長溫彬認為，通脹壓力不大，意味貨幣政策在保持穩健前提下，會有一定彈性。交行宏觀分析師唐建偉表示，受周期、需求因素等影響，今年上半年CPI漲幅將擴大，但全年預計在3%溫和水平。

對於今年PPI走勢，人民大學經濟學院副院長劉元春說，大陸經濟增長持續回穩，力度有限，今年PPI料將維持負增長。

大陸工業產能嚴重過剩，導致PPI數據不振，大陸商務部外資司副司長仇光玲昨表示，大陸將加大服務業領域對外開放，將研究製訂開放時間表，推進放寬金融、教育、文化、醫療等領域外資准入。
