最近這幾天受到南方水氣影響，台東、屏東持續有豪大雨發生，目前隨著貝碧佳颱風遠離，降雨的情況稍稍趨緩，台東及屏東地區轉為多雲小雨天氣，算是稍稍的喘口氣。其他地區更是豔陽高照，晴朗又炎熱，中午高溫都有機會來到33-35度，都會地區更有機會來到36度的高溫！

本周天氣主要分為兩個階段：周一至周三受到南方水氣影響，南部及東南部地區需要嚴防大雨；周四後太平洋高壓明顯增強，水氣減少，各地會轉為典型夏季天氣型態，早上炎熱晴朗，午後局部雷陣雨，因此在下周四之後高溫熱浪的天氣型態將持續一陣子，夏天的「熱傷害」往往無形中就會造成嚴重的身體影響，因此提醒您中午前後避免戶外劇烈運動，更要記得多補充水分，小心中暑。
