大統退貨電話撥通…是九把刀老家

大統假油風波延燒到九把刀彰化老家藥房，家中電話疑似被媒體誤植為大統公司退貨電話，家人很困擾。九把刀的母親柯鄭月秀說，民眾打來口氣都很差，希望大家以和為貴。

「總共只接到4通電話，沒有被打爆啦！」九把刀父親柯毓彬說，最近總共接到4通要退大統油品的電話，其中2通是衛生單位人員打電話，要糾正退貨態度不佳，也他感到很困惑，澄清說「這裡是藥局」。

他表示，來電的男子說「是平面媒體刊登此電話，才打來」，他很納悶，他家電話是722 開頭，但大統是791開頭，兩者號碼差很多，實在很奇怪，他也在臉書上說「賣擱卡啦！」

柯鄭月秀說，要退貨的民眾，主觀以為藥局就是大統公司，不斷說要退貨，「你打錯電話了，我是藥局。」對方口氣更不耐煩，直說「要老實講，不要不老實」，讓她很無奈。

「覺得困擾，怎會接到這種電話，自己本身也比較緊張。」柯鄭月秀表示，開藥房開了50幾年，接到打錯電話不是第一次，但遇到退貨口氣這麼差的還是頭一遭。
