馬英九：油價每周調 久了都習慣

大學校長會議今天安排總統馬英九與各大學校長對談，針對多位大學校長提到學雜費調整問題，馬英九表示，學費調漲必須考慮大學長遠發展。他舉油電價為例表示，當初立法院希望油電凍漲，結果中油減半凍漲15個月後無法支撐，還是只能跟著市場機制調漲，對能源政策反而有不利影響。

樹德科技大學校長朱元祥指出，大學調整學雜費議題造成社會紛擾，但學費如果一直無法調漲，會讓私校財務產生很大困難，希望能避免由立法院審議，回歸大學自主，以市場機制來解決問題。

對此馬英九舉油電凍漲例子，指當初立法院一直希望油電凍漲，但後來中油減半調漲15個月後無法再支撐，最後還是跟著市場機制調整。現在油價每個禮拜都整，民眾反而「都習慣了」，他希望大學學費未來也能朝這個路線發展，建立出透明化、公開化計算方式，再依照標準調整，相信也能取得立法院的諒解。
