美商Tela 控台積電侵權

中國時報【黃琮淵／台北報導】

晶圓代工龍頭台積電（2330）遭美商Tela Innovations控告侵犯專利權，台積電昨晚表示，會採取適當法律行動保護權益。

Tela向美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）控告台積電的電腦、伺服器、遊戲機、電視、行動電話及平板電腦晶片侵犯其專利，而Tela Innovation的專利與改善效能及電力消耗有關，台積電企業訊息處處長孫又文表示，Tela曾經是台積電開放創新平台（OIP）夥伴之一，但今年5月雙方終止合作關係，台積電的客戶就不再使用該項技術，而台積電也不再利用該技術為客戶生產。

對於Tela控告侵權，台積電指出，因應之道則是，會採取適當法律行動保護自己。
